1. Returns

You have 10 days from the date of receiving your order to return the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@darkdrape.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 4-5 business days after receiving the product.

The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount
  • Items not in their original condition or with missing parts
